Return and Refund Policy

At Your Closet Curated TX, I act as a resale concierge to connect buyers with pre-loved fashion items on behalf of my clients. All items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible before listing. Because I work on behalf of individual sellers, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged due to shipping
The buyer receives the wrong item
There is a major undisclosed flaw that significantly affects use or wear

To request a return, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note:
• Returns are not accepted for fit issues or buyer’s remorse
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my end
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Gift Wrap Services

All gift wrap sessions and purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your gift wrap order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
